We are a non-profit co-operative social-sailing club for adults. Interested in an affordable means of sailing or learning basic sailing techniques in a casual atmosphere? We have it! Boats, safety equipment, and volunteer instructors are supplied by the club and are included in one low membership fee. Off the water we host many social activities and events throughout the year at our bayside clubhouse and compound. Check our FAQ’s for more details.

**Important note for all HBSC sailors** The red and green buoys marking the entrance to our harbour are out of place. Please give the green buoy plenty of space (stay close to the red) as there are rocks in the area. If you go straight to the green from our dock you will be repairing a centerboard!

May 23rd 2023 update: The club membership is at capacity for 2023. We have a wait list for dinghy sailing members and our Large Boat program. Contact Treasurer Mark with all enquiries before completing the application. Check out the Join The Club page for details.  

A big welcome to our new members for the 2023 sailing season! Sailing for all members begins the week of May 29th. Come on down to the club on your scheduled night to get out on the water! Not sure what night you are scheduled on? The schedule has been posted in our documents page. You should have been sent the password in an email. 

HBSC is proud to be hosting the 2023 Ontario Albacore Championships this year. This is a weekend event full of racing and fun. More information is available here.
