HBSC COVID screening
The Government of Ontario is asking that all organizations have a COVID screening protocol to be completed every time a member or volunteer enters the premises. At HBSC, the health and safety of our members is paramount which is why we have implemented this screening procedure.
If you are planning to go the club for any reason, you MUST complete the following government issued COVID self-assessment. Once you have completed the assessment, download the results then send them to hbsccommodore@gmail.com. Your results will not be shared but only maintained in a database for future review should there be any issues.
