Social Events
Where everybody meets everybody. Every Friday night after sailing we have a “bring your own food” BBQ. Throughout the year, we organize sail picnics, parties, and cultural events. The sailing season ends with the Annual Dinner and Trophy Night. After the sailing season, we reward members who help maintain our fleet with work parties and we keep active with hikes, curling, and skating.
Racing Events
Where beginners meet experts. Racing is fun! Teams usually combine a beginner with an experienced sailor, thus providing a relaxed atmosphere and the best opportunity to learn. Plenty of concentration and skill is needed as you try to outwit your fellow sailors, to obtain what is definitely the most wanted club item: the red winner’s cap.
